Dr. Chad Upchurch, a native of Dickson, Tennessee, founded Curis Functional Health after graduating from Cleveland College of Chiropractic in 1998. Dr. Upchurch grew up in the Fairview/White Bluff area, so Dickson was a perfect fit! Prior to his chiropractic degree, he graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a major in psychology.
